1. Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hulson Creek Boutique. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

3. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging & tags attached.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

  • The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
    • Seasonal items
    • Jewelry
    • Hair accessories
    • Underwear & Swimsuits
    • Clearance Items

5. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please email us at Hulsoncboutique@gmail.com or bring the item in store for a store credit or exchange.

6. Refund or Exchange Online:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed as Store Credit. 
  • If exchange is needed, we will charge the customer a return shipping fee of ($6.99), unless the customer ships it back at their own expense.

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

9. In-Store Returns:

  • Items purchased online can be returned in-store following the same guidelines.

10. Required Documentation:

  • For all returns, a valid receipt must be presented.

11. Condition for Returns:

  • Items must be brought/sent to the store with tags attached and still in original packaging.
