How much is shipping and when will my order ship?

Our Shipping rates as follows.

Orders under $50 are $6.99

Orders $50.01-$100 are $9.99

Orders $100.01-$150 are $12.99

Orders over $150 ship free.

This is shipped via UPS Surepost, USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail dependent upon availability in your area. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days from the time you placed your order.

How long does shipping take?

Your order can be in transit anywhere from 4-9 business depending on carrier.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hulson Creek Boutique. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Time Frame for Returns:

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging & tags attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

*Seasonal or Clearance Items

*Hair Accessories & Earrings

*Underwear & Swimwear

4. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please email hulsoncboutique@gmail.com or bring the item in store.

5. Refund or Exchange Online:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If approved, refunds will be processed as Store Credit only. Exchanges will be shipped once the returned items are received.

6. Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

8. In-Store Returns:

Items purchased online can be returned in-store following the same guidelines.

9. Required Documentation:

For all returns, a valid receipt must be presented.

10. Condition for Returns:

Items must be brought to the store with tags attached and still in original packaging.
